Felix Klinkhammer (9-0) is running through the ranks of ARES FC Welterweights. Eight first-round finishes over nine undefeated bouts. Injuries have held the 30-year-old back but he looks poised for a step up in competition.
Felix was born and fights out of London, England. His family is rooted in Germany and he represents both countries. However, now he resides in the parking lot of London Shootfighters in a mobile home. He spends almost all of his time in the gym, whether it be practicing or watching other fighters hone their craft. He played soccer avidly until 21 when he began pursuing a career in fighting.
Although he started fighting relatively late, he had a knack for MMA instantly. A year later he took his first fight and subsequently finished his amateur circuit 4-0 with four first-round finishes. The professional ranks have equated the same results for Felix, he is now 9-0 with eight stoppages in round one. He was set to challenge fellow hot prospect Baissangour “Baki” Chamsoudinov (9-0) for the vacant ARES FC belt in late 2023. However, Chamsoudinov missed weight and the fight was cancelled. Klinkhammer has no fight on the horizon currently but an interesting note, the UFC website has recently created a fighter page in his name…
